1. WHAT IS EXACTLY YOUR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

We are a young company wishing to grow gradually and in a controlled way. We have created a distribution network organized by areas of delivery and time slots which will  increase as long as we can guarantee  the highest quality of our services.

2. DAYS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Our deliveries are available on specific days (Thursday and Friday) so we can provide you with the freshest produce. This way, the product arrives as quickly as possible from the kitchen garden 
to your house with a refrigerated van so you are sure that its total freshness is guaranteed. We use time slots and no specific times for delivery because, on the one hand, we are eco-friendly by optimizing our distribution network and reducing significantly our carbon emission (CO2 emission). On the other hand, delivery costs can be reduced  so we can bring  your basket at a cheaper price.

Available time slots: 
THURSDAY from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
FRIDAY from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

Some areas will be delivered on specific days an hours depending on our delivery route. If we do not deliver your area, please send us an email and we will see how to fix it in the future.


In case you want to receive your order at a specific time, you can write a note in the observation  box and we will try to meet  your requirements.

3. DELIVERY COST

Please type the post code and you will see if the distribution has some kind of  cost or discount. There are several possibilities:


0 € (free distribution): We deliver your order completely free.

Other delivery Cost:  Depending on the area or the time slot selected, the distribution  will have an additional cost

Through this extra cost we are able to deliver organic food no matter where you live. In the next section we will explain you  how to save money on delivery costs, you might find it interesting!

4. HOW CAN I AVOID PAYING THE EXTRA THREE EUROS FOR DELIVERY?

We thought of several options:
1 - Maybe you can change your delivery address for one which is  within the free delivery area. We can bring your order to work, the gym, at school when you pick up your children,  you decide where you want to.
2 - Orders for more than 160 Euros: free delivery.
3 – When we will reach a specific number of customers in your living area,  the blue or yellow area will become green and our products will  be delivered free of charge. So if you enjoy our products, please let  your friends and neighbours know about it.

5. WHAT DO I DO NEXT WITH THE BOXES?:

You can recycle them or give them at the next delivery to one of Mister Eco´s delivery man. We'll carefully  recycle them or if they are in excellent conditions, we will re-use them to  reduce the environmental impact  our activity may have. Our intention is to use, soon, new systems of packaging, reusable and personalized.

6. WHERE WILL YOU LEAVE MY ORDER?.

We will leave your order where you tell us to, we can bring it directly to your house  or wherever it is convenient to you. It could be your neighbour's house, your porter, your morning coffee bar or even your workplace. Please call us and tell us the place which best suits you.

7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT THERE WHEN YOU COME TO DELIVER MY ORDER? 

You have the option of leaving a secondary address that is located nearby the main one within a two hundred meters radius. In case we are unable to contact you  during the time delivery that you have  selected or we can´t find the person at the main address, we will leave a business card and drop your order at the secondary address. You never know what can happen! We may also not find anyone in either addresses of reception that  you have selected. Do not worry, we'll leave an information card with a phone number, please call when you can and select another delivery time  to receive your order again. In this case, you will be charged an extra three Euros  for our travel expenses.
