1. HOW DO I ACCESS "MY ACCOUNT"?
Click on the login link, type your user name and password, you will access directly "My Account" where you can access all your information. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact us and we will fix it.
2. CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Once you have logged into "My Account" you will see the address where you want us to make your delivery, you can modify it freely within the established deadline (Wednesday at 15:00 PM).
Here, in the case that we deliver your basket personally (free delivery), you have the option of leaving a secondary address that is located nearby the main one, within a two hundred meters radius. For example, if we do not find you at home and we can not join you over the phone, you can leave us as a second address which can be the porter of your building, your neighbour, the coffee bar or bakery next to your house and we will leave your order there. You will know about it as we will leave a business card.

You can change your password at any time, access your account and click on the link “change your password”. You will be asked to confirm your old password and write a new one.
4. SEE MY ORDER HISTORY:
Under "MY ACCOUNT" you have a section called "HISTORY" where you will find all relevant information about past orders, composition, favourite products, costs, time slots delivery and a lot of very useful information about your buying habits.
