1. MY BASKET HAS NOT ARRIVED YET
If your order has not arrived at the delivery time selected, please call us and we will bring it to you as soon as possible. If it is not possible to bring  your basket because there are no more available time slots or because for some reason we have not prepared it, we will automatically refund you into your account and in the next order you will have a small gift.
2. SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY BOX!
If a product is missing in your order, we may have had to replace it at the last minute by another one equally appealing. Sometimes we have to make such decisions so all the products you receive at your house are of the highest quality, we will notify you by email in such case. It can also happen, however, that we have made a mistake, we will then refund you the full amount.
3. SOMETHING IN MY BASKET IS DAMAGED.
We  work very hard daily to bring you fresh and tasty organic products of the highest quality. However, due to transport, it is possible that a product arrives damaged. Let us know within 48 hours and we will find an adequate solution.
4.THIS IS NOT MY ORDER!
Please call us as soon as possible, we will solve it as soon as possible.
5.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER TO THE ADDRESS THAT I HAVE TOLD YOU.
Please make sure that the delivery address specified in "My Account" does not match the address where you have received your order and contact us.
